David MahonyAs co-founder and Managing Director, David has two key areas of focus. He leads assignments for our Executive Search practice with a pronounced focus on assisting clients in the appointment of Chief Executive Officers to General Managers across broad industry lines. At an operational level, he works very closely with our very talented and dedicated Labour Hire division across Construction and Civil, sectors that hold an intense interest for him personally.
As a background, David worked with Lion and Diageo for a number years, establishing and developing his senior executive career. He moved into recruitment in 1996. Now with more than 20 years of practical hands-on experience, he works with individuals and organisations to bring about first class hiring outcomes. He is also known for providing meaningful advice and counsel to candidates (internal/external) regarding career development and insights that support career growth and advancement. At the same time, he is passionate about his own career – people say David has an inspiring and energising effect on the wide range of senior professionals that he works with.
Gillian BillingsAs co-founder and Executive Director, Gill is a hands on leader who focusses on career management and recruitment, specializing in senior professional and executive appointments in the areas of general management/C Suite, Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Marketing along with Technical/Operations.
With over 25 years of experience within the Recruitment and Search industry, Gill has held key senior management and leadership roles with prominent recruitment firms in Australia and the UK before establishing Who Group in 2009. Gill offers a unique skill base, enabling her to manage diverse and varied senior recruitment requirements in any organization, geography or industry.
